These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ku9com ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at ku9com.pro. Either you or ku9com may close or suspend a ku9com account under the following circumstances:

Where a breach is confirmed — including fraud, collusion, or underage access — ku9com may forfeit the entire account balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately deposited funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9com's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9com shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ku9com had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your ku9com account.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, infrastructure failure, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond ku9com's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, internet service provider outages, natural disasters, and civil disturbances).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ku9com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ku9com makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the Platform and for maintaining appropriate security software on your device.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure described above before any further legal action is pursued.
